Bãla Fest
Every summer…
…a three day, boutique art, music and craft festival is held annually at La Poiata, featuring both local and international performers and celebrating all that Bãla has to offer.
BãlaFest is a family friendly event with live music, workshops and demonstrations of sculpting, weaving, bee-keeping and wood carving, as well as the chance to help bake bread and pastries in our king-sized wood-fired bread oven. There will also be daily yoga and qi-gong, and the opportunity to either immerse yourself in village life or explore the stunning landscape and sunsets in the surrounding Carpathian foothills.
With ample space to camp and independent accommodation available, the relative isolation offered by the village location is an ideal place to celebrate the rhythm of life...
The addition of a specially designed half octagon 10m stage in 2021 means enhanced performances can take place all year round.
