We offer rooms in four cob-style single storey traditional village houses
each with their own loo/shower room. 280 and 282 are either side of the barn, and share a 3 acre garden with a sunrise facing open field, outdoor double shower, cornfield and orchard, whilst the Mills House and the Carter House are both a short stroll from the barn. All the above accommodation has central heating, gas and electricity, and since 2019 the village has benefitted from mains running water.
In addition, guests can pitch their own tent, hire one of ours, or, in season, reserve one of our huts or book a space in our tipi. Healthy organic meals may be enjoyed with fellow guests in The Barn.

The Barn
Between houses 280 & 282. This is where, during retreats, events such as team building, yoga or group workshops take place, as well as meals, inside or on the terrace depending on the weather.
The barn also features a large kitchen and spacious bath/shower room. The double-height 55 sq m function room has a wood burning stove, baby grand piano, full AV system/hi-fi including PA and CD/record player, video projector, and library of books to browse.
The hayloft mezzanine and children’s playroom in the cellar are the main accommodation for the Teers family.
House 280
The ‘main' house where Georgiana’s grandmother was born (currently undergoing refurbishment – available from late 2021):

Tipi, Camping, Huts
In season, places in our 6m diameter tipi, sleeping up to eight, can be booked. There is also plenty of space to camp. Guests are welcome to bring their own tents or book one of our 4m x 2m tents that easily sleep four. Our two cosy two-bed huts, Casa Leu and Casa Margareta, situated at opposite ends of the lower end of the field, offer tranquility, peace and simplicity. Both are completely off-grid but benefit from solar lighting.
